- 4:06 am - 1 lb 8 oz Some light skin pigmentation on nose and white hairs on chin. . Very calm and quiet, no movement at birth and very pliable.

Doesn't move to switch location at all. Settled down immediately. No grunting or whining heard at all. Came into the world head first with the sack on, however, the sack broke easily and immediately upon arrival. Content much of the time.

This puppy is extra large in size, in fact one of the heaviest and largest sized birth weights we have had in our breed. He is strong, muscular, and broad/thick in stature. This puppy has a short, thick tail that comes off of the back without any tendency to droop or sag. This puppy has large feet and a large heard that is well proportioned. He shows a solid back with a medium length coat. He has some white spotting on all four of his feet and a small patch on his chest and on his chin. This puppy has deep black pigmentation and black pads on his toes.  This puppy is square in shape, not longer than tall. This puppy is a silver sable with a black mask. 

This puppy receives an overall score of 10 for conformation at this time.

This puppy was extremely quiet and still when born. He came into the world with a calm demeanor and was easily manipulated and moved with care or sound. (10+)

2. Noises this pup makes during the first 8 hours of life.

This puppy did not make any noises, including grunting, whining, crying or screaming, for the first 8 hours of life. He was caught one time at three days old grunting when eating, otherwise, this pup is extremely quiet all of the time. (10)

3. What is the energy level of this pup?

This puppy is extremely relaxed and calm. He does not move unless he is going somewhere. He is easily manipulated by mother and allows his mother to turn him without struggle or noise. This puppy is either eating or sleeping. Very calm presense with this puppy. (10+)

4. What is the reaction of this pup to the first medical examination?

This puppy was calm and still on the scale. He did not struggle, pump legs or move in the handler's arms or on the scale. (10)

5. What is the reaction of this pup when turned over on its back?

This puppy did not move, stiffen legs, or whine/cry out. This puppy relaxed his body and allowed it to mold to the handler's hands. (10)

6. What is the reaction of this pup when placed back with its mother?

This puppy lay still where he was placed. He did not seek to return to mother, but fell asleep where he was placed. (10+)

7. What is the reaction of this pup when touched by a human?

This puppy moved off slightly in the forward direction when touched by a human, but made no noise and did not seem traumatized. (8)
