20 Puppies?! That's a lot of CUTE!

Sometimes the best way to pick a puppy is on a video call.
This week, the last family on the starred active waiting list couldn’t decide between four different puppies. There are so many great ones from which to choose!
Somehow, listing out the pros and cons on a spreadsheet just wasn’t going to cut it.
On the day of the conference call, I woke up early to feed, water, and pick up after the puppies. Then, grabbed my phone and dialed their number.
It was excellent!
The family was able to meet the doggie parents virtually in real time. Also, they could see the puppies interacting with one another and with me.
The best part was how I was able to answer all of their questions on the spot.
I could travel over to the adult dogs and show them what their puppy will likely grow up to look like.
After the video call, the family talked everything over and decided to bring home Daniel.
They told me, “If we had done this video chat earlier, we probably would have been able to decide on our puppy a lot sooner.”
I bet they are right.
Getting to see the puppies up close in real time is truly something special.
Of course, experiencing the puppies in person is ideal. But we ship our puppies all over the United States and Canada, so that’s not usually possible.
The second-best option, though, is to hop on a video call!
I am always happy to do that for you, Jody especially if you have a few favorites and can’t quite decide.
Congratulations to all of our waiting list families! We are so excited for you to finally meet these sweet souls.
