Big Monster Trip departs today!

Yesterday evening, I took the puppies out for a 32-Paw Promenade. Being a writer, I like to come up with clever names:

After returning from my family reunion at the coast, I spent much of the day yesterday transferring from the retired (burgundy red) DireWolf Express to the newer, teal/navy blue DireWolf Express. As I write this, the Paleo Pacifica is all set to go for today’s adventure!

TWO adults and five puppy paw monsters.

Right now, the plan is to take Puppy Paw Monster Balrog to Colorado, (ETA Saturday evening); Puppy Paw Monster Godzilla to Minnesota (ETA Sunday noon); and adult dog Max to Chicago (ETA Sunday around dinnertime).

I’ll turn on the helio wings on the Pacifica and fly over Chicago and spent Sunday night in Indiana.

Then the rest of the canine company will beeline for New England.  I believe Monday and Tuesday will be travel days only. So those of you remaining in wait, expect the DireWolf Express at your door sometime on Wednesday.

It will go, Hedy to Connecticut, then Ghidorah to New Jersey, King Kong to Maryland, and finally little Rodan to Virginia.

NOTE: These are TIME ESTIMATES, so if I’m off on the estimate,… well… you know what to do! Wait for an update.

My MOTIS OPERANDI is to post daily updates on Polar Steps and contact each of you individually via text message within 12 hours of arrival letting you in on an ETA.

If a morning time delivery is expected, I will contact you the night before with an idea while the more accurate ETA will be in your text box as soon as I’m on the road that morning.
