Puppies have vanished in thin air!

Vanishing puppies…

Vanishing in thin air!

What exactly does that mean when something vanishes in thin air? Does that mean that things vanish only if at a high elevation?

Is that why we live in Washington state and not on Mount Everest where the air is thin?

Weeeeellllll…

Two puppies have indeed vanished in thin air…

And neither one of them are mountain climbers. At least not yet.

Shelby is on her way to her new home in Colorado and Catalina is already heading to Alaska. Oh, and Elias from Mountain Peaks is being picked up on Saturday.

And the air in eastern Washington state is at a quite normal thickness, actually.

But yes, puppies are vanishing in normal, breathable air.

I mention this, because there is so much going on with three litters on the ground and Jennifer and I have never been more active in our day-to-day.

One disappearing puppy was Catalina. I took her to the Spokane airport yesterday to meet up with Christine, her new owner. Christine and I found out that we were both in the same place in Germany in the late eighties and never met.

Small world!

Catalina is a VERY happy puppy seeing right away what a wonderful new mommy she has!

But wait! Catalina just vanished!

Well, she’s actually just camouflaged against my plaid shirt… in case you couldn’t tell.

One more vanishing puppy will come on Friday when I take Monza Fastback from the Muscle Car Litter to the border of Canada. I plan on taking Yeti with me for company. Yeti and I haven’t had a proper Yeti day for a couple of weeks now and we are overdue for a mountain hike somewhere.

I cannot emphasize how amazing our puppies are right now. If you’re one of those who have just applied for a new puppy,

your timing couldn’t be more perfect!

All three litters are to die for and all three litters have some spectacular paw monsters wagging little tails at the prospect that soon… very soon… their new families await them with open arms.

Aaaandd… The Dire Wolf Express heads out on the next puppy delivery October 31st.
