River Monster meets Clark Gable!

The Monster Movie litter puppies have been enjoying their new families for a week or so now.

I miss each of them so much, but what makes it all okay is knowing how happy they are with their new families.

Here is what Luna’s (fka: Minilla) dad said about her travel home to sunny southern California:

“Luna is amazing.  She tolerated the entire 1250 mile drive home like a champ.  No accidents in the car or motel rooms.  She learned to drink from a water bottle and discovered she loves Air Conditioning, but avoids direct sunlight regardless of the temperature.   Oh and she also seems to like The Cure, Oasis and The Red Hot Chili Peppers!  She knows her name, sits on command, as well as Let's go Poo and Lets go Tinkle!  And last night she slept thru the night without needing to relieve herself.  So in short she is amazing!  I had such a good time meeting Jen and Jay and all of the amazing 4 legged friends at Dire Wolf HQ.  I wish everyone could get to visit to see the work being done.

It was so great to meet Luna’s dad and show him all around Dire Wolf Project headquarters.

Luna loved him instantly.

Her striking yellow eyes with that dark silver coat color are going to be so remarkable as she grows.

Here’s to all the wonderful adventures she is going to experience in her beautiful home.

SO STINKIN’ CUTE!!

“Hi, I’m River Monster (aka Balrog). I’ve been with my furever family for a week now. Lots has happened; I met my big brother,Clark Gable the Newfie. He’s really good to me and is showing me some love around but he doesn’t like it when I sit on his head haha. I woke up this morning and my ears feel funny, they stick straight up now. Today I got to visit a nice lady in a white jacket who was so excited to meet me. She said I’m a very chill puppy (whatever that means), and made me get on the scale. I’m 28.8lbs!!! She said I’m perfect and gonna be a BIG boy. She also stuck me so now anyone who finds me can scan to find my parents. It’s been exhausting but Colorado might not be too bad”

OMG, River Monster is so adorable, isn’t he?!

I can just imagine he is going to LOVE the vast Colorado wilderness no matter what season it happens to be.

Jay is almost home from the DireWolf Express trip.

It looks like Wednesday is the day he returns to Dire Wolf Project headquarters.
