We have been busy bees in 2024!

When I think about all we have accomplished in 365 days, it boggles my mind.

24. Jay traveled on 6 DireWolf Express trips for a total of 83 days out of the year to hand-deliver our puppies to their new homes.

23. We birthed the Dire Wolf Project’s first piebald puppy ever.

22. The largest newborn puppy ever born, EVEREST, weighed in at 2 lbs 11 oz!

21. We bought a second DireWolf Express van this year. It’s a deep blue beauty with new white logos on the side windows.

20. We birthed 5 litters this year.

  1. We wrote and edited the LaBrea Evans email adventure story. It’ll be published any day now. We’re just waiting on the technical parts to be completed by our computer tech. I can’t wait to share it with you. LaBrea Evans has been a year-long project. It’s the first of its kind in the dog world, and it’s going to be epic!
  2. The dogs spent their first winter under their new carport sheds, completely dry and out of the weather for the entire year.
  3. We rewrote the direwolfproject.com main and email subscription pages.
  4. We birthed three litters all in one week this last fall.
  5. We rehomed more adult dogs this year by far than any other previous year. Grace, Albreta, Dreamer, Max, Mary, Meriwether, Narissa, Hedy, Syrenka, and Blitzen.
  6. We wrote 263 email newsletters.
  7. We produced 61 long form videos on our YouTube channel.
  8. We produced 280 short form videos on our YouTube channel.
  9. We DNA tested 36 puppies through Embark Veterinary.
  10. We sold a second puppy to a newly retired NBA basketball player.
  11. We received 154 new puppy adoption questionnaires with 91 approvals, a 59% approval rate.
  12. I was interviewed by Barnaby Jones’ on the Monsters on the Edge podcast.
  13. An American Alsatian went super viral on TicTok when one of Lois’s dogs received over 1 million views for his unique bearded giant Dire Wolf look.
  14. We achieved a 116% audience growth rate for our Dire Wolf Project Inner Circle email newsletter at the end of this year. (Gaining 27.8% more subscribers compared to last year.)
  15. Our websites (direwolfproject.com and direwolfdogs.com) have seen a 4x increase in viewership per minute compared to last year. Last year we averaged about 3 users per minute. At the end of this year, we averaged 13 users per minute.
  16. Our websites have increased 75.5% in new users this year compared to last year.
  17. Our websites had 958,000 page views this year.
  18. The Dire Wolf Project was featured in over 68 newspapers around the country when syndicated columnist, Tim Carter, wrote about his American Dirus dog, Willow.
  19. And… we created our own app this year!

If you haven’t downloaded our free Dire Wolf Project app yet, click the button below to get an invite:

Dire Wolf Project APP!

Wait… what’s that?

“What’s so great about the Dire Wolf Project app?” you ask.

There are TONS of free content on the app, plus the LaBrea Evans adventure story will give you lots of free “artifacts” that you won’t want to miss out on.

And… sometimes when I want to give private information to our Inner Circle email subscribers ONLY… I put it on the app.

If you don’t want to miss any juicy stuff only meant for the elite in our community… you’ll definitely want the Dire Wolf Project app.

See you there!
