10 Reasons Why Girl Are Better Than Boys
By Jay Stoeckl, Chief Assistant to the Assistant, Assistant Breeder, Sept. 6, 2023
I joke around sometimes that if God truly designed man first and women second, He must have designed the domestic cat before the dog. Hence, in each case, God hit perfection the second time around.
It’s easy to say in our modern society that women as a whole are more beautiful than men. And while cats are adored and loved by us, there appears to be a far deeper connection humans have with our canine companions. If this logic is sound, then female dogs must be better than male dogs.
Oh, I know, I know. This is perhaps the most controversial I have ever gotten on this platform. But a healthy debate once in a while is a good thing. As I mentioned in yesterday’s letter, I grew up with female dogs. In fact, I never had a male dog under the same roof until… well until my Jennifer talked me into the breeding business!
Here are ten good reasons why female dogs might be better than males:
1) The larger size male is harder to control and train on a leash.
2) Females don’t lift a leg and mark inside the house.
3) Females don’t lift a leg and mark the car’s tire, the house, or the cat.
4) Females don’t have private parts that expand when they poo.
5) Females can have their tummies rubbed.
6) Females don’t attempt to run away when the neighbor’s dog goes into heat.
7) Females don’t fight with other females when the neighbor’s dog goes into heat.
8) Females don’t try to hump a person’s leg, other dogs, or the cat.
9) Females don’t require a monster-sized crate.
10) Females don’t take up as much room when sleeping on your bed.
The three females still available from the Genius Litter are just as wonderful as my heart dog, Cricket. Maybe one of them will end up being your heart dog. They have exactly what it takes.
Currently, they are for sale at our normal prices. $2500 - $3800.
But…
We are beginning to train these intelligent girls and once they have the many hours of training we plan for them, their prices will more than triple.
Make no mistake, a fully trained family companion dog that doesn’t require much other than the transition is quite a bargain in and of itself… but if you want to save the money and do the training yourself, now is the time to let us know. These prices will not remain this low for very much longer.
