Gather 'round my precious packmates, because today we’ve got something extra special to share.

This is something that only happens once in a pup’s lifetime.

The Happy Days Litter has officially taken their second standardized temperament test!

This is the very first time these fuzzy Ice Age throwbacks have truly interacted with a human.

That’s right.

Until now, they've been nestled safe in the warmth of their den, growing and developing in near isolation so we can get the clearest view of their genetically inherited temperament—before the outside world starts influencing who they become.

Why do we do this, you ask?

Because here at the Dire Wolf Project, we're not just breeding big, beautiful companions.

We're reviving an ancient legacy.

We’re building a genetic masterpiece with the same care an Ice Age hunter might’ve used crafting a spear from obsidian and mammoth tusk.

That means studying each pup’s temperament right as they begin to awaken to the wider world, just as early dire wolf cubs might have first peeked from their den to discover towering mammoths and fire-wielding humans.

It’s our way of tracking the hidden instincts of the one and only large breed family companion dog echoing in their soul.

But here’s where it gets really exciting…

  • We caught it all on video.

Yep, their reactions.

Their wiggles.

Their little “what is this??” faces.

All of it.

And not only that—we’ve posted brand-new pictures of each Happy Days pup in all their chubby, prehistoric glory.

Fair warning: You may fall in love. You may try to adopt one telepathically. You may even watch the video three times and start naming your favorite like you're picking your Ice Age sidekick.

Go ahead. I won’t judge.

I’m so proud of this litter.

I can’t wait to see which pup howls your name.
