We did another thing.

we did another thing.

Some of you may be wondering:

  1. What about the dogs?
  2. When are they finally going to have dire wolf replicas for sale?
  3. What’s with all the LaBrea Evans stuff?
  4. Can’t they just focus on the breeding work?
  5. Why is the person who invests all your money called a broker?

I hear ya!

I truly do.

We are working toward that bred back dire wolf goal every day.

But there is a much broader question that remains to be answered…

How will the Dire Wolf Project sustain itself, independent of the founder and her daughter, in order to become a legacy breed?

Without preparing for a way to impart the STRONGBRED™ breeding method to others, there is no long-term future for the Dire Wolf Project.

Jay and I strive to preserve the simple, down-to-earth way Lois operates, while at the same time share her humble message with a world desperately in need of the truth.

What’s the point of dedicating two lifetimes to establishing and preserving superior health and longevity in a loving family companion dog if no one knows about it?

Who carries on the legacy after us?

Building a strong culture behind the STRONGBRED™ breeding method is the way forward.

It is through this work: creating websites, writing articles, publishing stories, updating websites, uploading videos, developing courses, and world building that the Dire Wolf Project’s legacy and the dogs we love will be able to live on after us.

It’s ALL about building strong relationships with lots of the best people from around the world.

For these relationships will become tomorrow’s gate keepers of the amazing movement Lois began thirty-six years ago.

Your support of all the work we do will sustain the Dire Wolf Project as we grow.

There is a commission to bring Lois’s message to the world.

It cannot be done by keeping it hidden away to share with only a select few diehard fans.

But, neither should we be so bold as to think we can move too quickly or spread the message too far before it is ready to be received.

We must be strategic.

We must use our talents.

We must move with purpose and wisdom.

We must include the right people to keep the integrity of the breed,

its message, and the culture intact.

If you think that this is only about breeding dogs, you have missed the mark by a mile.

It was never just about breeding dogs.

It is about changing the world of dog breeding forever to make sure no dog suffers from over breeding or under training.

It is also about loving people through their furry friends.

If we don’t change the culture surrounding dog breeding, a few extra-large mixed breed dogs with yellow eyes won’t matter a hill of beans in the grand scheme of things.

It is this culture that will sustain us long after Lois and I are gone from this earth.

We will have set down the foundations and lit the torches for others to carry.

One of those foundational aspects is how we bring in the right people for our dogs, helping families know what we are all about before they commit.

Fun and engaging stories that can both inform and entertain our new Inner Circle members, like the upcoming LaBrea Evans adventures, are bound to help us do that.

Today, though, we secured another one of our goals: to enhance both the breed’s culture and bring important information in an entertaining fashion.

The Dire Wolf Project is building its own APP!

Through the Dire Wolf Project app, you will be able to access video courses in puppy training, genetics, STRONGBRED™ dog breeding, and a whole lot more.

We are going to share videos, articles, podcast episodes, training courses, and so many wonderful things that bring the Dire Wolf Project to life right in the palm of your hand.

Yes, it will be available in the app or play stores.

I worked on it most of the day yesterday and it’s looking pretty good so far.

I will be able to share more about the new app when the LaBrea Evans Adventures are complete… since the new choose-your-own-adventure welcome emails will require it.

Everything is almost ready!

The Dire Wolf Project’s future looks bright.

Thanks for being a part of it, Jody-Lynn.

P.S. Albreta is pregnant… officially. YAY! If you on our waiting list and want to go active for the Valentine’s Litter (Stanley/Albreta), reply to this email and let me know. I will star your name as active for this litter on the waiting list.

If you are not yet on our waiting list and hope for a puppy from this upcoming litter, you first need to complete the puppy adoption questionnaire and be approved.
