What's so special about this dog?

I have been praying for a litter of puppies from beautiful Dreamer for three years now.

I had almost given up hope, which is why she was placed for sale.

My heart leapt for joy when I realized she was finally carrying puppies.

But why is she so integral to the breed’s future?

Here are the reasons why Dreamer’s contribution to the breed will be such a positive for our future:

  1. Highly slanted yellow eyes - Domesticated dogs have evolved for years to have large, round eyes. It is quite difficult to change that more prominent domesticated feature back toward the more wild highly-slanted, almond-shaped yellow eye.
  2. Giant size - Dreamer is a giant size and quite tall for a female. Keeping this essential outward appearance trait is also not easy to do. It is currently unknown how the giant size is inherited, although I suspect it is likely a dominant trait… or some aspect of it may be. Therefore, if you lose it, it’s gone forever in the breed.
  3. Solidly erect ears - Some of our dogs have weaker ear sets, but not Dreamer. Her ears were erect very early and never dropped back down after they came up. This will be passed on to her puppies, helping to solidify the erect ears throughout the breed.
  4. Heavy Muscling - Although we don’t know for sure what the dire wolf’s genetic outward appearance traits were, with the thick bone structure, it is likely that they required a lot of muscle structure to hold up that thick frame. In domesticated dogs, we call that “heavy muscling”. Only a few giant dogs have this trait, including the English Mastiff and other mastiff type dog breeds. We are working on increasing heavy muscling throughout the entire breed.

Puppies are on the way soon!

Dreamer has a good amount of milk now.

The whelping pen has been set up.

Dreamer will come into the house this evening to rest and get used to her new space.

Prepare for some amazing giant pups, both black and silver wolf gray with yellow eyes.

They are going to be stunning!

This litter is OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED, so anyone on the waiting list can go active at any time. All you need to do is reply to this email and let us know.
