This puppy did not grunt or make a sound on the scale.  She moved her head around both sides of the scale and when she met with the edge, moved back around to the other side of the scale.  She did not move to get off, but did wobble slightly when moving head from side to side.  This puppy receives a score of 10 for this category.

This puppy did not struggle in the least.  She relaxed into the cup of the handler's hands.  She relaxed her head and body and lied quietly.  There was no movement or grunting.  She did, however, remain alert throughout the turn.  This puppy receives a score of 10 for this category.

What is the reaction of this pup when it is placed back with its mother?

This puppy stayed still for a split second then began moving straight in the direction of mom... when she felt mom's nose, she continued scooting forward (without any increase in speed) in a straight line until she reached mom and the rest of the pack.  This puppy receives a score of 9 for this category.  

What is the reaction of this pup when touched by a human?

This puppy was calm and quiet when being touched.  She allowed the handler to move her head up and manipulate her in any way.  She remained loose throughout the pet.  When lifted, she remained relaxed and calm.  When pet from head to tail, she lifted head slightly into the pet.  This puppy receives a score of 10+ for this category.

What is the reaction to a dropped loud object?

This puppy went right over to the dropped object to investigate it.  She was confident and trotted over to it like she did not care at all that a foreign object landed out of the blue into the den.  After she investigated the object, she turned to go toward the people and visit them.  She continued about her business afterwards.  This puppy receives a score of 10 for this category.

What is the reaction when pup is roughly pet?

This puppy sat up and looked around during the pet.  She initially dropped her head, but did not startle and was not nervous in the least.  She waited in a sitting position until the pet was complete.  This puppy remained quiet throughout the pet, but her head moved around constantly observing her surroundings.  This puppy receives a score of 8 for this category.

What is the reaction when pup is picked up?

This puppy remained calm and loose.  She was alert the entire time, but did not struggle or make a sound.  Her mouth was slightly agape, but she was not stiff and did not arch her back.  Her tail was still.  This puppy receives a score of 10 for this category.

This puppy was extremely quiet.  Not grunting or sounds produced at all.  She yawned once, but also licked and wanted to get at the human's face.  She was extremely calm and quiet, submitting to all of the measurements, except the head, which is struggled silently some, but was in no way upset about it.  Her eyes have just begun to open so, we shall watch this puppy and see what the next temperament test shall bring us.

This puppy is a tri-gold female with very minimal white spotting.  She has a small white patch on her chest. under her nose and white on her toes.  She has a black tipped tail with a few white hairs.
