About the Litter

This match will produce extra large, super sweet dogs with exceptionally loving, loyal personalities. Puppies coming from this match will be highly intelligent and devoted to their families. They will enjoy thinking games and will be exceptionally smart and willing to learn. They will be slightly less serious type puppies that are interested in being close and being involved, but also willing to play. They will be excellent with small children, cats, and other dogs. The puppies from these two will show a more playful disposition coupled with sensitive personalities. We expect these puppies to have medium prey drives that will love to snuggle and be pet. The pups will like to chew on toys, such as hooves and antlers, but may also enjoy tug toys. The puppies will be more in the mid-range of the dominant scale and will be less sensitive in their emotions. They will have initial confidence and will only need a small amount of correction to change behavior. They will be very easy to train. Some socialization training is recommended. We anticipate that some puppies will show erect ears as they mature, but some may rise slowly or not at all. Medium to long coats with some thin and some thick undercoats are expected. High seasonal shedding is expected. We will see silver wolf gray and black/tan puppies with amber to yellow eyes. Both black masks and cream masks are expected. Pups should reach 100 to 120 pounds and stand 28 to 30 inches in height. Tails will lie flat and not curl over the back. The inbreeding coefficient for this breeding is 9.96% on a five generation pedigree and the ancestor loss coefficient is 87% on a four generation pedigree. These puppies will be third generation [F3] American Alsatian dogs. We would consider co-owning puppies from this litter with certified Dire Wolf Project breeders only. We must keep one or two exceptional puppies from this litter. It is also recommended that Dire Wolf Project breeders consider purchasing a puppy from this match. This litter will be repeated. 

Puppies will range in price from $3000 to $3500 for pet quality and more for breeding/show quality.
